Tanner did an amazing job cleaning our sectional couch! A curious little mouse had decided to stash some nuts under the cushions, but that’s okay—I actually love mice, just wish they’d ask for a cup of tea first, ha! I needed my couch cleaned quickly, and Tanner was able to fit me in right away. I mistakenly booked for the wrong day, but they were very understanding and quickly helped me fix the mistake. Then, just 20 minutes before they arrived, the city blocked off all the street parking. I have been a client for over 25 years and I am always 100% satisfied with the quality of carpet cleaning services. Recently, my technician was Oliver. He worked hard to get rid of stains in a room where my dog had an accident. The results were absolutely fabulous! I also asked for some upholstered chairs to be cleaned, and they no longer look discolored; they truly appear brand new. I would rate this experience 5 stars for impressive performance, friendly service, and respect for my home.
The technician who came to clean our carpets and sofa recently did an outstanding job.
