I recently tried out Early Bird Carpet Cleaning for my carpets, and I’m pleased with the results. Although it was a bit different from what I'm used to, I found the encapsulation and bonnet scrubbing method to be effective. The technician, Eric, used equipment that was new to me, which was a nice change. i had a wonderful experience with early bird carpet cleaning! the team, including johnathan, was very communicative, friendly, and professional. i faced a tough situation with a strong smoke odor in my home due to tenants who broke lease rules. however, johnathan and his crew did an amazing job cleaning the carpets and wood floors, effectively removing the smoke smell. they even offered helpful tips for cleaning the rest of the house, which really worked! their pricing was quite reasonable too. their outstanding work and ple... read more

Last year, we had our carpets cleaned, and we were thrilled with the results and the professionalism we experienced, so we decided to schedule another cleaning. This time, we had 3 rooms and an upholstered chair cleaned. Eric and Johnathan did an amazing job with both the carpets and the chair. They were very friendly and professional, clearly explaining the cleaning process. Our satisfaction was clearly their top priority. Johnathan is a true professional. I appreciate his habit of calling about 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Additionally, he ensures that the appointment details are sent to my phone, enabling me to add them to my schedule. Johnathan is not only professional but also quite personable. A few years ago, we had our carpets cleaned by Eric and were so impressed by his work that we called him again when our basement flooded due to heavy rain. The water had seeped through the windows and soaked the carpet in the main room of our basement. Eric arrived promptly and immediately took steps to prevent mold growth on the walls and carpet.
