An accident caused some bleeding on my light carpet. I called a carpet cleaning service in Graysville, and Maurice answered the phone. He was calm, helpful, and made me feel at ease. Terry arrived right when he said he would and was able to remove the stains from my carpet. He explained that the stains were deep and might come back, and told me to call if they did. We had Early Bird Carpet Cleaning come clean the carpet in our car. With three kids and two dogs, the carpet gets a lot of use! One of the kids spilled a whole carton of whipping cream in the back seat. I tried to clean it myself but couldn’t get rid of the mess. Maurice came out and made the carpet look brand new! My family has used Early Bird Carpet Cleaning twice and both times the service was excellent! In our first home in Graysville, the carpet really needed a deep clean. They managed to remove stains all over the house, and even made the old, worn carpet on the stairs look almost new. In our second home, the carpet looked clean but the previous owners had a cat, and my husband is allergic.
