i was really impressed with how quickly i got a call back after leaving a message. nolan called me and figured out what was wrong with my air duct system just by talking on the phone. he came over the next day at the time he promised and got right to work. the dryer vent cleaning was done quickly and efficiently. overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. i definitely recommend early bird air duct cleaning if you need your air ducts or dryer vents cleaned!

Nolan was great—he explained everything that needed to be done and took pictures of the air ducts before cleaning, so I could see how much dust and debris had built up. He offered to clean the vent covers, but since they were really dirty, I decided to get new ones. Nolan even helped me measure the vents for replacements. He and Jamie cleaned and sanitized the ducts, then showed me photos afterward. The vents looked like new! I’m so glad I chose to get my air ducts cleaned. The air feels so much fresher now!
