The room was advertised with a kitchen and a spa. The kitchen consisted of a microwave and a fridge. It is in breach of Australian Consumer Law to advertise a product or service and not provide it. Given there was no kitchen and the spa was unusable, they were in breach. The spa was unusable because there was no plug and they deliberately had the hot water disconnected. Booked King Room with Spa Bath on 01.08.2026. Wanted a spa option as it is winter, but ended up not having time to enjoy so wont' be able to rate that part. Pictures and description matched. Probably should have done more research, the building is quite small and compact, it does have it charm and lucky it is low season, because there is limited parking but we still got spot to park (travelling with each of our cars). Nice place, friendly owners & great location. Only slightly negative parts are they get a fair bit of road noise later at night. Especially Thursday & Friday nights when the young blokes are out cutting laps!! And the parking is a little tight in spots if you have a bigger vehicle. But otherwise a great spot to stay......we will be going back again for sure!! 👌
