Spoke to a receptionist at 5:15pm Friday 17th Oct, trying to book an appointment the next day. She was extremely impatient as “they were closing very soon” (they close at 6pm) when I was trying to book and confirm a time for the next day. She kept taking a deep breath with every question I asked and when I confirmed the time I wanted, she asked me to go on Hotdoc to book the appointment instead of just booking it over the phone OR call again tmrw morning, in order for her to avoid doing any additional work for the day.
