Reception staff could not be less helpful. I had to make sure my GP saw a blood test result a day after my release from hospital after major heart surgery. I was trying to ask for some basic help to make this happen but the receptionist didn't even let me explain. 'Nothing to do with us' she said.
The man that runs this place Dr Evangelos Koumoulas saw me. Gave me the briefest look over before concluding that there was "nothing wrong" with me after hardly asking me any questions and was clearly not interested at all in helping me. I had been hopelessly sick bedridden for two weeks... A Dr at another practice diagnosed me with Pneumonia only days later. I'm absolutely shocked at this man's lack of care, attention and professionalism. My entire family had been coming to this GP for years and over time have all moved on ... read more
Place was booked out when I came in. Lady receptionist said she could squeeze me in for $90 consult fee which is a bit much. She also wanted me to wear a Covid mask because as if we are still playing that game in 2025? Blessing in disguise as I got better service at a nearby competitor with Medicare cover and without the Covid fear mongering.
Receptionist so rude… she asked to bring RAT test for my little girl and i cooperate with the result negative and i showed her then she hushed us in intimidated tone to wait right on the back of the room like we got a scary disease
