This place is a joke!!! No management, no people even mow, every other place either has sewage problems or uts a mold problem. When they sell you a place they fix the problems with cardboard and duck tape hide it all from ya and sell it. Most of the places are on straight dirt and have a slope from the yard out back that pours water straight under your trailer which in turn causes mold lots and lots of mold.
