Extremely disappointed. Today we watched multiple fully loaded Earl’s Pools dump trucks drive down Saddlecreek Parkway, a road that is clearly posted with a 16-ton weight limit by Jefferson County Roadworks. These trucks were headed toward Greystone Legacy to deliver material. This road is not an approved construction or service entry. Called and talked to one of the owners Lynn and he said he would come out to meet me at my home. Day of meeting I waited all day. Never called never showed up. Not very good business but at least I didn’t get in a contract with them I don’t think it would have gone well. On to another pool company.
Not really sure how to actually rate them. My initial interactions were 5* and they came out quickly and gave me a quote that seemed reasonable. I asked them about putting down a deposit and getting things started and never heard anything back.
