Called and talked to one of the owners Lynn and he said he would come out to meet me at my home. Day of meeting I waited all day. Never called never showed up. Not very good business but at least I didn’t get in a contract with them I don’t think it would have gone well. On to another pool company.
Not really sure how to actually rate them. My initial interactions were 5* and they came out quickly and gave me a quote that seemed reasonable. I asked them about putting down a deposit and getting things started and never heard anything back.
Family owned, family run company. Absolutely beautiful and professional installation of my pool and spa for my new home. Everyone I’ve talked to there has been very knowledgeable and quick to respond with any questions I had. Joe does a FANTASTIC job with my weekly maintenance. I am extremely happy with the quality and with the service!
