Great customer service great food.
No refill on water or drinks. We didn’t have unrealistic expectations, but we would have gotten a second beer/glass of wine if anyone asked. Our server, Chad, seemed nice when we saw him… he did seem generally surprised to see us every time he stopped by. I am sad to say… i think i have aged out. I think I’m too old to be an Earls customer… 43 years in this earth… and this realization stings the most.
The food was great, the place was clean, and the staff were all very friendly. One of the managers, Derek Wilson, helped us out with a hiccup that occurred, he clearly cares about his guests and his team. That kind of leadership makes a difference. We’ll definitely be back.
I went to Earls recently and honestly, it was such a solid experience. The food was really good — everything tasted fresh and well put together, not just thrown on a plate. You can tell they actually care about quality. What surprised me most was the price. For the atmosphere and the portion sizes, it’s not crazy expensive at all. It feels like one of those places where you can have a nice dinner out without feeling guilty when the bill comes. Definitely a spot I’d go back to.
