Really surprised about the food at this Keg. We normally have exceptionally hot food at the keg, but this time our food was not hot and we were disappointed. That generally never happens to us at other locations. Kind of sad cause it was my birthday dinner and the food wasn’t as good as it usually was.
Went to this Earls location during a very busy lunch hour and was very impressed with my server, Ila, who went above and beyond in ensuring I was looked after. She had countless tables to cater to, but remained composed the entire time. Fabulous service!
Excellent friendly server.
Was served by Tianna and had the best expierence! She was so kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. Will be back solely to see her.
