If I could leave a 0 stars I would, the service was absolutely TERRIBLE! Waited over 15 minutes for a drink order to be taken, our server during the meal actually took my glass from my hand and didn’t return with a re-fill for over 25 minutes! If someone from the Earl’s Head Office is reading this, please know the St.Vital location in Winnipeg needs some attention!
