Food was delicious, wine list was good and the location was great. Service was excellent. Jolisa was lovely, very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. We had a few questions and she came back with the answers with a lovely smile and was very attentive, she made sure that everything was fine for us. A wonderful experience close to the end of our holiday
Jenna was absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend her. High quality service, very knowledgeable about wine recommendations and hospitable. Would 10/10 come back again
Great time at Earls Kelowna! Amazing location over looking Marina and Boardwalk ! Great choices for food and beverages and shout out to our server Jenna for her friendly and outgoing personality! We will definitely be back for Happy Hour and great service !

We had a very disappointing experience at the Kelowna Earls today. Our young server clearly saw that we had been waiting for over 20 minutes to pay, yet she chose to ignore us while chatting with the guests at the table behind us about personal, trivial matters. I even asked the hostess for help, who tried to get the server’s attention without success.
