Anna was an excellent server at sh pk Earls!!! Great place to come for sure!
Went for brunch, were the first people in the restaurant. Seated right away ordered eggs Benedict. 30 minutes later food comes out both my wife's and my eggs were extremely overdone. They seemed to be very passive when I said they were overdone. They did offer to remake the eggs but after waiting 30 mins already it was taking to long which I politely mentioned. The lovely young lady that seated us let us know that the restaurant was having problems with the computers and we may experience some delays. Then our server Harriet came to the table and welcomed us brought us water and took our drink orders. Harriet also let us know the difficulties the restaurant was experiencing, We did have a long wait however Harriet kept us updated and helped make the time go by easier.
