He's right don't leave your loved ones here. It's not safe. My son died. Terribly hot on second floor last year and no one cared.They were asked repeatedly about a/c. Management poor, psw good. They coerce patients to sign DNR documents,I believe and I have proof. Yes my son died here he left me a note. Call the death dr. the not said, I cry every time I read it. My mother has been a resident at Earl’s Court Village for approximately three months. She is very happy with the staff and management, and I truly appreciate the excellent care she receives.
Revised Review: I would NOT choose this home again. Care has declined dramatically in past 2 years.
My brother is well cared for—the staff truly seem to care about him, and the management team is always quick to respond when I reach out. Thank you for all that you do, and please keep up the great work!
