Had them come do a quote for us. They cancelled the appointment and forgot about the reschedule. They sent someone who lived close that was confused and had never done a quote before. After numerous attempts to reach the company with no response from anyone that knew anything. Transfered around to cluless individuals, and after a month I received an email after begging for a response that they could not provide a quote since they were "too busy". Earls came out to install two garage doors and three new openers. Everything looked amazing when they were completed. About a month later I had an issue with one of the garage doors. I called and talked to Scott and within 45 minutes they had somebody out to take a look and correct the issue. I would definitely recommend this company for quality work and the fact that they stand behind their work
