I called Earl about working on my boat. His business was advertised as being open on Saturdays so I asked him if it would be ok to bring it in on Saturday. He said he was not open but he would meet me there Saturday morning. I thought this was great and would always bring my boat to him because he obviously cares about his customers. He never showed up.
