Have been going here the entire time I’ve lived in the area (over twenty years) and have always had very good and friendly service and quality haircuts. Some of the staff has changed over the years, as happens, but the quality remains high regardless of who is doing the cutting.

I've been going to Earl's for several years now and it's always a reliable cut whether it is Adam, Carl, or Shar Lee. Yeison is the new next-gen addition to Earl's and he is an excellent and detail-oriented barber who in addition to haircuts also offers precision fades. I always prefer a classic barber shop experience, and I'm glad that Earl's is in the neighborhood.

This is my go to barbershop. Always 100% satisfied with the result! Yeison does an amazing job, he is a very efficient and fast barber who’s able to do modern haircuts and it looks amazing every single time. I don’t go to any other barber anymore

I've see Yeison Villegas at Earl's Barber Shop now twice for a beard trim and I think he is a professional and personable barber and plan on coming back many times. I would describe Earl's as an old school men's barber shop - they have a sweet antique barber chair in the front room, a rack of deer antlers on the wall, old baseball paraphernalia around the shop, and a game on the television - a class barbershop experience. Totally recommend.

A traditional family owned barber shop that has been supporting Kirkland for more than 40 years. Their newest location is the downtown core on Central Way. Parking in front, or directly up above the shop on the hill. I've been a patron for 35 years, and my sons still go to Earl's. Shout-out to Adam and Jason, who both know their way around a razor, clippers or scissors. Just be clear about what you want and I'm sure they will oblige.
