I had called ahead of time and then gone in to inquire about some services and instead of trying to understand what I needed and if he would help, the owner was focused on making unnecessary derogatory and discriminatory comments that were not related to the haircut service. Whether or not they offered the service, the rude comments were unnecessary.

Hey Earl, I’m going to be honest with you hearing that you couldn't do a simple beard trim because of your back was pretty disappointing. I know guys your age who are still crushing heavy blue-collar work every day. If the physical demands of barbering are getting to be too much, it might be time to think about retirement or a career change. I’m not trying to be harsh, but as a client, I expect a standard of service that it seems like you aren't able to provide anymore

Adam is a top tier barber. Showed him a picture of my previous cuts and we talked about length, style, etc. Throughout the entire process, he showed me the cut various times to ensure I liked it. Highly recommend Earl's barbershop and Adam!

I've been going here for the past year and I must say this is the best barbershop in Kirkland. Adam and Sharlee are both great at what they do, always with a smile and kind words. Thank you!
