It's been a few years now, but this is long overdue. My wife and her mother were on a trip when she began to have car trouble. She called me with the symptoms and I suspected that it was the alternator. I told her to go to a local Auto Zone for them to test it. The alternator was bad. The Honda shop could not get to it. This unprofessional man had my car for 3 weeks and some days. My car broke down on 95 while I was headed home to FL on the 4th of July. I was desperate to get my car fixed. He said one day that turned into a nightmare. He cared more about taking me out than fixing my car. Every week he had an excuse why he didn’t work on my car.
