Best bank I've ever had
Terrible service, there is an elderly lady who is extremely rude, now I understand why there are no people at the bank.(Keo way location)
I keep all my pork assets here
I established my bank account through the West Des Moines location (which is phenomenal by the way, staff, and service) but out of convenience deposited a check at this location. Since inception, I have deposited a handful of checks (amounts exceeding a few thousand) and never have had my monies held for any length of time. It seems as though this branch is selective in its practices. Let your customer service practices be consistent.
