Im so excited I couldn’t even wait to leave the office before I wrote a review. If you are looking for a doctor that cares, and is patient and understanding, Dr Norwood is the doctor for you. She she listened to me express my concerns and gave me the best feedback. I felt so comfortable in her office and the staff was very friendly. I have found my new Doctor, and I must say I am very excited.
I won’t mess up her rating since I never got to actually experience a visit with her successfully. I carefully searched for a black female doctor and decided on Dr. Norwood due her HBCU background and ratings. I arrived for my 10:20 am appointment and was still not seen at 12pm. I actually needed to get on the road and was only leaving so late in the day to make this appointment.I ended up just walking out of the office. I’m very disappointed that my time was wasted.
