The team has done a wonderful job. I had one issue with the Right hearing aid which was replaced. They have tuned my hearing aids and they are working well. The team has very responsive to my needs and has quickly addressed any concerns.

The team has done a wonderful job. Unfortunately the right hearing aid is not working at all today. I need it replaced. In the two weeks I have had them the right one has died 3 times.
Tanya is a very professional, caring, and dedicated individual assuring the customer gets the best hearing aid care! I had concerns about hearing issues suddenly appeared. I hesitated to call as I thought the concerns might be my misunderstanding about their operation. I called Tany and she worked with me over several visits and determined it may be a lens issue.
