I have received excellent service from the staff at Earlens who are part of the Virsono Hearing Center. Earlens has changed my life in that I can travel again hearing guides and city sounds, attend meetings and have become less isolated. It was a difficult adjustment for me for the first month but staff was ever helpful and encouraging. Dr. Inserra was particularly sensitive to my needs and made adjustments as needed.
Earlens and Virsono have been awesome. The hearing aid is excellent and even works well in noisy environments. The customer service has been excellent as well. I am very happy and highly recommend their hearing aid and service.
I've had my hearing aids nearly two years and feel they work very well, these are my first hearing aids, voices sounded completely natural from the beginning and I requied no accommodation time. I also appreciate their exceptionally broad frequency range which contributes to the ability to appreciate nuances in music. The Earlens staff provide excellent support with quarterly exams by an ENT and audiologist.
