First time getting MicroSuction and I was very nervous. Nicky was understanding and patient and answered all of my questions. I'll be a return customer (if needed). Edit to add: as per my experience, my mum requested I book her a microsuction appointment. She was impressed but the efficiency and service. High praise from an Ethnic boomer mother!

Nicky was the most wonderful audiologist who really cared about my well being. She explained every step off my procedure and was very understanding with my stressful situation. I regained my hearing after the procedure and I was the happiest person on earth. Thanks Nicky you made my year.
Really nice experience here with ear wax removal. Staff was very nice and helpful and my ears feel a million times better with way clearer hearing.
Wow so glad I did this! So easy to book online even on a Saturday. I went to the Footscray branch and saw Eleanor. She was so calm and explained the procedure and asked a lot of questions. You sit in front of a large monitor and they use an ear camera so you can see how much wax has built up and you can either watch or not watch. I was interested in watching.
