Had a wax removal and ear clean I can’t speak highly enough about this place Eleanor was great and very professional and made sure the procedure was to my satisfaction before I left.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with earLAB in Footscray. We ordered custom SleepSounds earplugs, but when they arrived, they did not fit at all—they were noticeably short in length and unusable. When we went back to seek assistance and check if we were fitting them incorrectly, the audiologist was unhelpful and dismissive, repeatedly brushing us off by saying, "I'm not the receptionist, I'm the audiologist."
