The kiosks were up and running, took the order, and our money. The crew did not get a ticket, and we were left waiting for 48 minutes total to get just two sandwiches. Halfway through the wait, they had to be reminded what we ordered (or existed at all) No thank you, no sorry, just take your food.. absolutely abysmal in every category from communication of issues, to wait time, to delivery. There was no attempt to notify us, and even after ehat seemed like management stopped by, no attempt to step in help, or communication. ... read more
Love this place but closing at 7:00pm is not good for drivers.
Food was good but service was extremely poor. Manager had to intervene for customers waiting over 20min and longer for food. Employees service extremely poor.
Four people working here and only one was making sandwiches. Too slow!
I love the sandwiches here every time I take the turnpike I'll make sure to stop and get one!
