Excellent caring knowledgeable cardiologist and staff. Dr Mangin has been my cardiologist for several years and as he says I’m well known to him. Successful pacemaker surgery this past week and loop monitor removal. Thank you Dr Mangin for being there for me in all the difficulties I’ve had with blood pressure and heart rate. Life is going to be much better allowing me to return to more of the things I enjoy in the short life we have on Earth before going home to my Heavenly Father.
Do not waste your time. Both the sugarland and the fannin office are the most inefficient and disorganized staff/facility I've ever experienced. I waited a month for my initial appointment in sugarland. Upon arrival at sugarland, the staff did not know which way was up. Multiple techs came in and out of my room without knocking and no one knew what anyone was doing. They scheduled me for an echo and treadmill test but it had to be at fannin because the sugarland location doesn't have a working treadmill. Apparently Dr Mangin... read more

As far as I rate Dr Mangin Above 5 his staff is a whole different story. This is the second time and I hope it will be the last issues I have. I made an appointment to have an Echo & Ekg before my next appt. which his N.p. advised me to do telling me and my husband I did not need another Stress test. The last couple appts I had I wanted to see the Dr and his n.p. came in the exam room said he was busy I would have a long wait. After that I never wanted to return I never see the Doctor ! I waited two years and decided give it... read more
