Earl has been my insurance agent since I lived in Long Beach . I am in Sacramento now and addd homeowners insurance . Earl is the consummate insurance agent! His customer service has always been outstanding . Whether it is Earl or Maria they both answer my questions and are friendly and knowledgeable. I would never consider changing my auto and homeowners insurance policy.
I’ve been a State Farm customer for three years, and unfortunately, my experience with agent Earl Jordan has been consistently disappointing. So, I’ve been a client of State Farm since 1984. Earl Jordan has been my insurance agent since January 2000 and during that time I have purchased and owned 5 vehicles all insured by State Farm. I recently purchased a new vehicle and with that came the request for quotes on coverages for that vehicle. Very reliable agent. Straight forward, honest, and candid. He and his assistant Maria helped me navigate a recent claim experience, could not have done it without them. I never really understood insurance, Earl and Maria always take the time to explain all available options and helped me make the right choices within my budget.
