What a pleasure dealing with this local dealership. Mike, the gentleman on sales, was very friendly and easy to talk to and answered all questions I had. After a brief conversation with Mr. Ireland myself we quickly came to an arrangement that I'm more than pleased with. If everything goes as expected I should have my new to me trailer deal hopefully done tomorrow and my old bones will have somewhere comfortable to rest when on my journeys here in Canada. I just wanted to share my experience dealing with Earl Ireland. I saw a 2019 F350 which Earl had on his lot. I called him on a Saturday. He was extremely friendly on the phone. Because I was in the Ottawa area, making it out to see the truck was not in the cards but he took the time to send me detailed pics of the truck. After sending him pics of my truck which I was trading in, he quickly gave me a very good trade-in value. The owner seemed annoyed that I was asking background history on the vehicle on their lot such as accidents/repairs, etc and I've never felt unwelcome at a dealer like I did here. Although the odometer had very low mileage the vehicle was in poor condition including the seats that were excessively worn with one area worn through which just doesn't happen with mileage that low making me seriously question the validity of the claimed mileage.
