Dr. Pugh is professional, friendly, and makes you feel at ease. He explained my treatment options, gave me printed material to read about each surgery, told me the success rates, and took time to answer all my questions. I am very glad Dr. Pugh was recommended to me and I felt comfortable with him.

They no longer fax anything. I wanted to have a prescription sent to my pharmacy but they refused. I had to leave work early to pick it up. If you want them to mail something, you have to provide an envelop with a stamp. Staff is very rude and unhelpful. I don't recommend this doctor at all.
Dr. Pugh started recently with Dr. Long at the Reading Hospital. He specializes in pelvic pain and is very open and honest. He will offer you treatments and pros and cons without judgement. He really wants to help.

I left this doc years ago. When I had thyroid tests, I asked if he thought it could be cancer. He told me that was the least of his worries. Then he called me with the test results saying that I needed a biopsy. I reminded him about my concern about cancer. He told me that he didn't have x-ray vision.

Treated me for what he diagnosed as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome for nearly 2 years, including sending me to a "specialist" who injected my wrists with no positive result. I found the cause of my pain was really arterial blockage - I had 2 heart attacks and required immediate quadruple bypass surgery. This guy almost killed me. We have a new doctor ever since - I would not recommend Dr Reyner to anyone.
