Avoid this practice if you’re looking for quality dental care or professional service. My visits here consistently felt rushed. During my first check-up, the dentist told me everything looked fine and another person in the room expressed disappointment that they “couldn’t practice" on me before walking out. I returned only because I chipped a wisdom tooth and was in pain. Unfortunately, the filling I received was improperly done—it fell out within three weeks and caused gum disease. I was very nervous before attending the practice today, but Dr Gill put me at ease straightaway and she continued to make sure I was okay throughout my appointment - very professional and very kind! A fantastic team, recommend highly.
Shocking service! Been with the dentist for years. However, I have had over 3 appointments cancelled on me. My original appointment was back at the start of summer 2024, I am writing this review may 2025. Furthermore the quality of dental care has dramatically dropped. Since the leaving of their best dentist Katie. PLEASE AVOID this practice, shocking service, shocking dental care they are bad actors
I switched to this dentist after a bad experience with a root canal at another practice, and Dr Gill understood my anxiety and put me at ease. She did a wonderful job of my tricky root canal too.
My recently new dentist her name is anastasia Kynthia she is the best dentist I have ever had at earl grey dentist she takes time she is always asking if your ok and she just makes you feel so relaxed as she is very good so guys if your looking for a excellent dentist ask for anastasia Kynthia if you get her your lucky that’s for sure
