Abusive and predatory billing practices. Avoid!!! Billed $220 six months later for something given to me as a sample. (isame product cost $32 online btw) On an earlier occasion, hounded me for months and sent me to collections for a discharged bill even after a court ordered them to stop billing me. Billing department feels like they get to make whatever rules they want.
