I've never had the red carpet rolled out for me before, but Earl Duff spoiled me to the point I'm a customer for life. Their responses were immediate, they took the time to explain everything to me - they were even more helpful than my credit union. The copilot I took along for the signing process was equally impressed - she's with them for her next vehicle. They're awesome! They even gave my dog a squeaky toy, which made them her hero ;D

Great contact, but not flexable on price
I went to view a vehicle Saturday. Rocky and the team were friendly and great, but the sales manager seemed rude when I asked if they would mark a car down any in price. He said they already marked it down more than the online price which was only $111 from the online price. I had gotten a price down from Rocky earlier that week which marked it down $400 for me.
