I bought a brand new Outback from this dealership a and I live in a different county in Tennessee. Upon signing paperwork, I was told that when my new plate arrived I could go to my county’s clerk’s office to get sticker for the bottom of the license plate that represents the county that I live. Took my 2016 Outback for oil and filter change and Starlink update. The starlink update was unable to be completed and the mechanic said that they would order a new computer for the update at no cost to me.
car that i inquired was sold before me,but they told me right away and said that would keep looking for another car.
Todd was very helpful,courteous, pleasant,etc. He even got the price down a little more for me. After a few days I made the decision, financially, to keep my Outback. It only has 110,000 mi on it!

Brandon and the whole staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. I contacted several dealers looking for an exact build. Since I live about 75 miles away, I requested and was able to secure firm prices via email for what I wanted.
