I have used the service department for several issues with my jeep. Doug and his crew are “top notch” with their professional and service! Doug is great to call, discuss the issue and the best way to fix the problem. I trust them wholeheartedly because of the service they provide.
Visiting from Minnesota and hit a semi tire piece on the way down. Had a thing hanging underneath the car. Stoped at Duff, without an appointment, and they took great care of me. Got the car fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. So friendly, fast service, very clean waiting area. Highly recommend!!
So thankful for a great team at Earl Duff for taking great care of my daughter's car. Doug the service manager was very helpful and took awesome care of us. If you have a Subaru I highly recommend taking it to them.

Ashley in service has been nothing short of amazing! She was the best customer service representative I’ve ever talked too! I’m not kidding I had bought a Subaru from a Ford dealership in Knoxville and had problems immediately I was told to go through a Subaru dealership.
