Ashley in service has been nothing short of amazing! She was the best customer service representative I’ve ever talked too! I’m not kidding I had bought a Subaru from a Ford dealership in Knoxville and had problems immediately I was told to go through a Subaru dealership. Great people best car buying experience ever!
Taking my Subaru to Earl Duff Pre-Owned for service is always an excellent experience. The customer service folks, Ashley and Doug are knowledgeable and always answer my many questions. The last time I had my oil changed, Doug let me know I will need new tires before winter. We discussed tires, he recommended two different models, and priced them for me. I feel confident my vehicle is in good hands!
