Do not hire this guy. Hired him before he went out of business and he never did any work for us and kept over $2000. He was paid in full and merged with another company who would not do the work without getting more money. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN
My experience with Maxwell Attorney at Law was a horrible experience. He charged me a retaining fee of 1,000$ and then asked me to pay an additional 1,000$ before he types up a proposal and sending it to my ex-wifge's lawyer. Once I did that two years ago, nothing has been resolved. He pretty much got his money and ran. Til today, nothing has ever been resolved.
The David Maxwell Law Firm was very professional and handled my legal situation with the utmost professionalism and care. His paralegal is very sensitive to clients and takes the time to explain legal procedures. David's expertise is solid and gives clients the advice that will be in their best interest, never for his own best interests. I highly recommend this law firm for Central Florida residents.
