This is normally my ‘go to’ for coffee as the coffee and service are great! However as of recent, something isn’t right and it’s becoming more and more apparent that it may be a management issue. Eg: closed on a weekday with a sign saying they are closed due to staffing challenges? Or I have often found the place unattended with people waiting around and a sign saying ‘Back in 5 mins’, which turns out to be much longer than that. The best coffee in Richmond. The staff remembered my order and were super friendly
Giving this 5-stars as the coffee was great and service was even better. Walked up when they were already packed up for the day but the barista (didn't take note of his name) offered to make the coffee for me anyway. Turned out to be one of the best cups of coffee (long black) I've had in a long time. Would recommend a visit!
