We built a new house and the builders use Earl B. Feiden for appliances for the new home. Everything was great in the beginning, but soon took a turn. I knew Covid had an impact on manufacturing everywhere so I kept on top of Earl B. to make sure they order the appliances and they come in time for closing. Well they waited until the last minute so we had to get a loaner fridge and wait a a week after we moved in to get the full size one we ordered. Now we are dealing with the dishwasher not working. Hi Roger, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the dishwasher. I assure you every appliance is tested for proper function upon installation unless electric or plumbing has not been setup yet (for new construction homes). This dishwasher was installed about 2 months ago. The unit stopped working at some point between that time and when you contacted us for this issue. they are a nightmare to deal with. we ordered appliances in March , they arrived in september, you'd think that would be the end of it but noooo. the refrigerator doesn't work properly, no water, no ice. who installs appliances and doesn't make sure they work? so, we call for service,. "sorry all our representatives are busy, you are number one in the que" and we proceeded to be number one for the next half hour with no one picking up. buying from them was a huge mistake.

I’ve been trying to get an update on my order for a week, each time they say someone will get back to me, they never do.
never received appliance and getting the run around for my refund...

I hardly ever write reviews but a year after buying our appliances from Feiden Latham they continue do provide the best customer service. I strongly recommend them! Wish everyone was doing business like them! 👏🏻
