The EarCare here in Ponca City was ridiculous. First I call and the receptionist had no idea what hearing protection is...you know like a earplugs...so I did talk to the higher up lady and she told me she def can do it just needed to setup appt. I went in about 2 weeks later and told her I wanted custom fit hearing protection for myself wife and son (11). Had an app to get my hearing aids checked and cleaned. Then Christi told me I needed hearing checked. After that she tell me and my wife that I probably had a stroke on the account off my hearing loss. well you can guess how that set with Wife and I.Then she starts trying to sell me new hear aids, did not want that.
