Update 10/23/26 Earworks & Lauren (receptionist) are the best. My aid stopped working. I was able to come in immediately to send it out to get fixed.. Always a pleasure to work with them Highly recommend 5.13.26 I have been visiting the Lake Success location for over 2-1/2 years now … They are extremely efficient and a pleasure t work with. Highly recommend. Always able to get an appt fairly quickly! Lauren ( receptionist) & Meredith are great!

I'm in my 50's, so when my wife sent me to the ENT because she was sure my hearing wasn't what it used to be, I went just to make her happy. The test results were not great, but I'd been getting by, so wearing hearing aids wasn't urgent. I went to Ear Works anyway (again, to make my wife happy) and met with Dr. Moore.
