Everyone at this office always makes my visit a pleasant experience. The audiologist is excellent and always takes my concerns seriously. My hearing aids are cleaned and fitted with new wax filters and domes. I have never had to wait to be seen at my appointment time.
Great experience with very knowledgeable and thorough doctor. I learned a great deal and was impressed with the professionalism I encountered. The office staff was extremely hospitable. The only down side was the location, up a very winding and bumpy road.
Competent and considered my need to explore options.
Dr. Jennifer Lazzaro is amazing. She is in the perfect position! She has all of the attributes that I look for in an audiologist. I was very comfortable with her and look for to my next visit in February.
Just got my hearing aides. Amazing difference immediately. Lots of knowledge and time spent taking me thru the evaluation and set up . So happy I finally did this. Dr Lozzaro is ver patient and helpful and really want her patients to have a good experience . Receptionist friendly and I was taken on time both visits. Highly recommend this office. Jeff Kaplan, MD
