Knowledgable staff, incredibly patient, and kind. From the front desk reception through the entire process the staff was incredibly patient and helpful. I felt comfortable in the way the managed explanations and transition into hearing aids for my mother. I would very much recommend.
From the initial phone call, Ashley the receptionist was so nice and wonderful. Then met Dr. Jennifer Lazzaro who did the hearing assessment. She did such a good job,helpful and very knowledgeable. Learned a lot from her and always pleasant to talk to. Looking forward to my 6 months appointment.
Great service. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
