It's difficult to get hearing aids. Melissa Taylor and her staff make this as easy and comfortable as possible. With care and understanding, everything is explained professionally and personably. I had an issue, and that was resolved quickly so patient attention is excellent.
Kind, responsive and easily accessible. No "press 1 for this and press 2 for that" kind of stuff.
Ear works are always kind, compassionate and thorough!! So accommodating from appointments, to supplies… they’re always the best! Melissa is a rockstar, and always willing to help and listen.
Was seen by the audiologist on time. Very warm and welcoming and took care of the issue with my receiver. I strongly recommend Ear Works Audiology and am so glad I found them very close by.
The people at ear works were very friendly and knew what I needed. She told me that my hearing aids were still under warranty. I had a hearing test and my aids were adjusted accordingly. I will continue dealing with ear works.
