Dr. Lisa is very understanding and helpful when explaining how the new hearing aids work. She made sure I was comfortable with how they fit. She also retested my hearing with the now hearing aids so I could see the difference between the old and new ones before I purchased them. She also gave me a two week loaner set to test in different locations. The new model is awesome. Really helps cut out the background noise. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars! I can’t say enough good things about the Massapequa Ear Works location. Kristin was wonderful from the very first phone call. She was able to get my 90-year-old father in for an appointment right away, and that meant a lot to our family. Lisa M., the audiologist, was excellent. She gave my father a very thorough hearing test and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for him to understand. She never rushed us and answered every question we had.
