An amazing experience all around - my wife had been struggling with blocked ears and severe pain for weeks with no success at the GP with seemingly endless medicine and visits. The team from start to finish were fantastic from Sue on the phone to Daniel and Heba’s skill and care to treat her. We will definitely be back for more routine appointments and can’t recommend the team enough.
I’m writing this review with an ear full of relief but not full of wax! For two weeks, I was in constant, excruciating pain - unable to sleep, chew, or even speak without discomfort. I had a blocked right ear for a few weeks which i thiught was from swimming. Turns out i had a ball of wax blocking my ear. I saw Heba who was lovely and cleaned my ear painlessly.
