Carol was friendly, accomodating and thoroughly knowledgable about hearing and the technology. I purchased a hearing aid from her.
Carol was very sweet and cleaned up my hearing aids while I waited, good as new! And no charge! ;)

I have been going to Hear Again for quite some time at the 4141 S. Tamiami Trail location in Sarasota. Carol has always been so knowledgeable, efficient and very personable always. Answers all questions and guides you through the process. Very happy to be going there. Also I want to give a shout out to Morgan at the front desk who is always so personal.
