My experience was excellent, I got to see the Doctor as scheduled, she was pleasant, caring, and very professional. She handled my problem quickly, knowledgably, and definitely to my satisfaction. And I was out of there with no long waits. Definitely Recommend!!
I had a one-year old hearing aid stop working. I also had a dilemma, I was 850 miles from home! I went to Hear Again America (HAA) since it was closest to my Florida home. I was greeted by Morgan, who eased my anxiety by listening to my situation and assuring me I would get resolution. She was right, 45 minutes later I walked out of HAA with my hearing aid working again and the fitting adjusted; I was very relieved! Morgan was very professional yet amiable.
