I took my daughter (8) there today. The nurse was super nice and patient. Regarding the numbing cream - she told me that they don't offer it unless requested. We did get that and the piercing went smoothly. I believe Rowan really changed ear piercing as the nurse there made me feel safe and confident. She is normally an in-home infant nurse and does this for extra income and variety. There's an opportunity to tip which I did generously.
