Made an appointment for Sunday May 5th with Sam 2/3 weeks ago and he called that Sunday saying I missed our appointment - should’ve been my first red flag. We then confirmed it would be May 5th, we got to the place 10mins early and called him- he said he’d be right there and we waited outside quite some time with our baby while it was raining with no one appearing. The building looks old and it doesn’t look like a legit office. Really disappointed as we were excited for our baby’s first earrings.
I went there and waited for about 15 minutes outside, I was with my 2 babies. I was told to come at a specific time, being that I was running late I called and got no answer so I figured they must be busy and proceeded to go. When I got there I called multiple times and no answer then kept going to voicemail. I traveled very far to only be waiting outside.
