Explaining treatment was key to this visit, well done Doctor and staff
The care has been fine. It is billing. I have been receiving my shots at home since this summer. During the 1st 10 weeks, I received checks in the mail for my husband giving me my shots. This 2nd 10 weeks, I have been billed for the office giving me this service thru Karma (?) I forget the name of the service.
I made an appointment with Dr. Herr to have my deviated septum corrected. Upon getting to the clinic I was checked in quickly and efficiently. Pam the receptionist was very kind. I didn't wait but maybe 10 minutes and I was ushered back into the room where the nurse took my vitals and discussed why I was there. She went over a thorough health history and didn't skip anything actually. I love Dr. Laura Johnson!! This is Kelly after my latest visit with Dr. Laura Johnson. I made a MISTAKE with yesterdays review and couldn't change it. . I am EXTREMELY happy with Laura's help!! I will stay right here with her!
