First and last time to see the NP at ENT in LRL...still having pain in my ear but was told "nothing is wrong...follow-up with primary physician". Only looked at my ears...didn't even take x-ray even after I told her I had fallen and hit my head at work...complete waste of time and money...she really made me feel like I didn't matter! I just wish medical professionals genuinely cared enough about patients to listen and try their best to help them and not be in such a hurry to get out the room...is that too much to ask?
