Great care and surgery went perfectly. Yes, the wait is long, but worth it!
I was disappointed with my family members experience at this ENT office . The approach to treatment felt outdated and did not reflect more current options or advancements in care. I was hoping for a more thorough discussion of newer treatments or alternative approaches, but that wasn’t offered for tinnitus. It’s absolutely time to report this place to the proper authorities enough is enough the ladies at the front desk are incredibly rude and seemingly appear to be somewhat …. .They need to shut this practice down or simply do a clean sweep of its currently clinical enough is enough
Ladies in the front desks are so rude and nasty didn’t let me finish my sentence hung up on my face the staff is ok but sometimes I feel rush through my visit like they don’t listen to ur concerns not all of them but some like their there for a paycheck not the patient it’s how it feels when I say something is bothering don’t bother to look again just says no everything’s fine instead of making the patient feel good about their visit and their needs are meant.
