Convenient location for me, nice and professional staff. Dr. Gardner very upfront and honest with you. Was able to completed my audiologist appointment in the same visit which saved me another visit. I enjoyed my visit they really provided a safe and comfortable environment. The only thing was the pre registration text I received. I had an appointment booked with Dr. Oppenheim over a month in advance. The referall I was given by my PCP had an address on Traford Ln. and I was never given a heads up that they moved to Loisdale Ct, 10 minutes away from the old location. Also, when you go to the old location, all the signage for their office is still up and there are no signs telling patients that they moved. I have been having an ear issue for over two weeks and have been to Urgent Care and my primary care physician. After a week none of the prescribed medications worked. I called ENT Specialist of NoVA and they were able to see me that day. The Dr advised me that my Dr had prescribed the wrong medication and then irrigated my ear canal. I instantly felt better!
