As per another comment - he was brash, & rushed. Did nothing for me except bill me for nothing. It seems like all he wants to do is surgery. He referred me to a pulmonary specialist whom I had seen before and he told me ENT was the person I needed to see. I would never go back to him again. I am wondering if the surgeries he did on me were really necessary - such as a tonsillectomy (I was 65 at the time) - nothing was wrong with my tonsils! I would highly recommend Dr. John Revelis at Aurora Sheboygan, WI. He was excellent.
After my first initial appointment with Dr. Keller, it was noted that my tonsils needed to come out. I found it very easy to schedule my surgery and I was extremely satisfied with the staff on Dr. Keller’s behalf along with ThedaCare in Berlin’s staff. Dr. Keller is a very factual, respectful and trustworthy doctor. I would recommend seeing Dr. Keller due to the positive experience I encountered.
Dr. Keller was not a toad. He did greet me and introduce himself. I could tell he is very intelligent in his mannerisms and speech. I had encounters with three office staff in person and two on the phone and everyone was knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. They prepared themselves with the records from my referring provider and checked for results prior to my appointment even though I made the appointment for the future and then was very fortunate to be able to get an appointment the next day due to a cancellation. My visit with Dr. Keller was the worst doctors appt I have ever had. He is curt, brash, unempathetic, rushed, and has the bedside manner of a toad. He offered no solutions, does not think outside the box, and will meet with you for about 2 and a half minutes. Think about all of the things you like about your favorite doctor. Dr. Keller is the opposite. Go elsewhere.
Dr. Keller was terrible. He didn’t introduce himself when he came into the room. We were a referral from our pediatrician but they didn’t have that in their system or any notes. My daughter is 13 months and he acted annoyed when she wouldn’t turn the way he wanted. He was short and seemed annoyed with me (her mother) as well. He was impatient and it felt like he was rough with her forcing her head in certain directions instead of working with her. Would definitely not recommend for a child.
